  2. The database is also not intended to serve as forum for program recommendations, as the Steering Committee and Resource Specialists do not evaluate each program included.

    1. Therefore, inclusion of organizations and programs in the database does not imply endorsement.
    2. The Steering Committee and Resource Specialists are not liable for organizations or programs included in the database that provide faulty services.
    3. If a number of customers should file complaints with the Steering Committee against an included organization, the organization will be informed and may be removed from the database.

  3. The Resource Specialists make every effort to ensure that the information is accurate and complete.

    1. However, the Resource Specialists shall not be held responsible for any missing or incorrect information.
    2. Missing or incorrect information should be brought to the attention of the Resource Specialists and/or Steering Committee.
