Students graduating from a Montgomery County Public School(MCPS)who are financially disadvantaged and show promise may apply for a scholarship. Funded students continuing beyond one-year are required to submit their transcript to verify compliance with grade point average minimum.
This program allows schools to open computer labs and research learning hubs for students and their parents or guardians after school hours. The Foundation's technology program broadens parents understanding of how they can use the computer to support their child's learning.
This grant supports ESOL classes for adult learners. The classes were held at various MPCS schools with high poverty rates. The program works to improve English proficiency to increase the adult learners' capacity to participate in their student's educational experience. We serve as pay agent.
