Transitional Age Youth

The Transitional Age Youth Program is a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for young adults (ages 18-25) who require assistance to help facilitate the transition to adult life. The program provides psychiatric rehabilitation in an effort to promote recovery by facilitating the development of an individual's independent living and social skills, including the individual's ability to make decisions regarding life, work and community participation.
