Jail Addiction Services

Also Known As: JAS

Jail Addiction Services provides substance abuse treatment for incarcerated men and women at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility (MCCF). The program is designed to encourage and increase the offender’s willingness to participate in addictions treatment while incarcerated and in the community, provide assessment of drug/alcohol use and criminal thinking, provide an increase to access to community based addiction treatment services to offenders released from MCCF, reduce the recidivism of program participants and promote permanent abstinence from alcohol and other drugs.

Individuals incarcerated at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility who have physical and/or psychological dependency on any of a variety of addictive substances including alcohol, tobacco or other drugs; or whose use of these substances has impaired
