The goal of the Dental Services program is to prevent oral disease and trauma, to promote healthy dental behaviors, and to improve access to related treatment resources in the community. Services are provided to low income and uninsured/underinsured Montgomery County residents.

Intake and Eligibility:
We serve uninsured and underinsured residents of Montgomery County who meet income guidelines. This includes seniors (60 and over), adults (19 and older), children (18 and younger) and pregnant women. If you are already enrolled in the Senior Program, Maternity Partnership program or the Care for Kids program, please call the dental clinic closest to where you live to schedule an appointment for a dental check-up or other services. who are Montgomery County residents can enroll in person at the Office of Eligibility & Support Services listed below. Individuals already enrolled in the Senior Program, Maternity Partnership Program or Care for Kids program can call the Dental Clinic closest to home to schedule an appointment for a dental check up or other services.
