Interfaith Works Empowerment Center
Also Known As: Community Vision
Day program that provides outreach to the homeless community, case management, recovery programs, as well as recreational and therapeutic groups. IW’s case management team concentrates on full clinical assessments and referrals for housing, mental health and substance abuse treatment. Community Vision also provides seasonal emergency shelter. Other services include meals, laundry, showers, and transportation.
Community Vision also houses Interfaith Works' Vocational Counseling Program.
