Neighborhood Opportunity Network
Through this program we engage residents in Wheaton, Gaithersburg, East County, and Long Branch, providing information about available safety net services. In addition, we extend the Network to include venues where residents can grow their personal and professional networks. These venues, called "Opportunity Circles," focus on for social, civic, and economic endeavors.
