Future Link
Future Link seeks to address social justice and income inequality by providing economically disadvantaged, first generation-to-college, high potential young adults in Montgomery County with the opportunities, resources, knowledge, skills, and personalized support needed for lasting self-sufficiency. We serve 18-25 year olds countywide. Our two-phase program begins with a 15-week seminar focused on mindset, self-advocacy and essential behaviors needed to succeed in the workforce. The second phase follows with a robust multi-year personalized support program. These supports including mentoring, career coaching, paid internships, tutoring, academic guidance and workshops. We build bridges to employers. Our goal is to intensively and holistically support students to and through their academic and career journeys to economic independence.
