Transitional and Permanent Housing
SSIHC provides permanent and transitional housing and case management to homeless families and individuals in Montgomery County. Our programs serve those at 30% of the median income in the southern and less affluent part of the County where other similar agencies serve those at 50% of median in more affluent areas. Those we help face mental health, substance abuse and disability issues. Some are victims of domestic abuse, others are re-entering the workforce after incarceration.
