Community of Practice
Also Known As: CofP
The Community of Practice is a collective entity for youth development practitioners who are committed to learning, creativity, and sharing for professional growth. CoP members are dedicated to providing high programs and services for the young people youth and their families. The CoP members have adopted and practice youth development principles in their work with or on behalf of young people.This Cop is open to every youth-serving professional working with or on behalf of young people in non profit, government or volunteer organizations.Workshops are offered on a variety of topics relevant to youth-serving professionals such as mentoring, mental health, LGBTQ issues, cultural competency and evaluation.
