2. The database is not intended to serve as forum for program recommendations, as programs are not evaluated by the infoMONTGOMERY.org staff, Steering Committee, Resource Specialists or any entity relating to infoMONTGOMERY.org.
1. Therefore, inclusion of organizations and programs in the database does not imply endorsement.
2. The infoMONTGOMERY.org staff, Steering Committee and Resource Specialists are not liable for organizations or programs included in the database that provide faulty services.
3. If a number of customers should file complaints with the Steering Committee against an included organization, the organization will be informed and may be removed from the database.
3. The staff and Resource Specialists make every effort to ensure that the information is accurate and complete.
